Christian N. Scholin has particular experience and discretion in assisting clients and their families with legal needs arising at death, including probating wills and administering decedent’s estates, administering trusts taking effect at death, winding up affairs of trusts upon their termination, transferring assets, preparing tax returns, and handling estate and gift tax audits by the IRS.

It is our goal to make the resolution of the estate run as smoothly as possible while carrying out the decedent’s wishes.
